Today Tauras-Fenix Co. is one of the major producers of food processing & packaging machinery in Russia as well as in CIS and Baltic states occupying more than 20,000 m2 of production facility area and possessing a huge fleet of modern metal cutting CNC machine tools.

A highly qualified staff is involved in manufacture of machinery. We are developing and producing the following machines:

- Design bureau
We can boast of a modern design bureau furnished with state-of-the-art computerized systems and software that is developing new industrial products. All these computer programs and tools facilitate evaluation of newly developed machines, their merits and functional features prior to their realization in metal.
- After sales servicing department
Our mobile servicing group renders a complete range of after sales services: commissioning, maintenance, warranty and post-warranty servicing of the sold machines. Our technicians visit our customers to train their personnel, to hold seminars. We also supply our customers with spare parts on a regular basis.
- Sales
Our sales people are very considerate towards our customers and are readily provide them with complete data pertaining to the machines: specification; all its standard accessories and optional equipment, etc. They will also offer discounts and assist a customer to make a right choice of machinery taking all the circumstances into account.
- Marketing department
Marketing division of our company is steadily supporting our sales people in promoting our products. They study the market to have a better understanding of the customers’ requirements and to meet them as fully as possible. Marketing staff is developing long-term advance strategy of the company.
We attribute our successful sales on the Russian and Western markets to some fundamental provisions. Among them there are:
