Combined three level multihead weighers are designed to accurately dose fill dusty and small size products.
They can be used to dose fill mono component as well as two- or three-component products.
Compressed air is required to run the machine. All parts in contact with products are made of stainless steel.
Multihead weigher can be used as an independent unit with an external control system or together with a filling & packaging machine Pitpack-Smart, Pitpack-Ì, Pitpack-Ì2, Pitpack-Ì3. While handling mono component products one weigher can run with two packaging machines.
The following products can be dose filled: Candy; biscuits; ravioli; frozen vegetables and fruits; nuts; dried fruits; coffee beans; tea; etc.

Filler comprises a round shaped frame with a receiving cone in its center. There are 14 radially arranged weighing streams. Each stream comprises radial feeder; accumulating and weighing bins and memorizing bins. Filler is logically split to two parts. While performing a filling cycle the computer of the filler interrogates weighing bins in every part of the weigher. Then, in every part a combinations of weights that are closest to the target weight are selected from weighing and memorizing bins. Products from the bins involved to make a weight combination are dumped into a synchronizing basket divided into two parts. Each part is equipped with a step motor to open it. Thus, target weights formed in every part of the synchronizing basket are alternately dumped to the packager upon getting a ready signal from it.
