Control system
Filler operates as a volumetric dosing unit. Products are poured from a
hopper to a dosing nozzle that is further shifted by an air cylinder. Products
come to a weighing tank through a funnel.
Level sensor located on the funnel bracket maintains products level in
the hopper. When a nozzle lines up with a packaging machine filling tube
products fall into a bag.
Dose quantity is controlled by changing volume of a dosing nozzle. Design
of a filler permits to run it in two modes: either automatically or manually
through an external control unit.
