Volumetric rotary frictional filler

This filler is designed to automatically dose fill a wide array of dry loose products with diameter of particles up to 10 mm. The machine design eliminates damaging products in the process of their filling. This filler can run both independently and with vertical packaging machines, Pitpack M, Pitpack M1, Pitpack M2, Pitpack M3, Pitpack-Smart

The following products can be handled: Cereals, seeds, nuts, tea, coffee, salt, sugar, pepper seeds, cloves, etc.

Set of cups to cover dosing range from 160 to 325 сm³.

Operation:

Products from a products tank come to the dose weighing disk at the command of a level sensor. This sensor is continuously controlling products level required to fill dosing cups mounted on rotary disks. The disks are rotated in discrete motions by a Geneva cross to fill cups and transfer products to a discharge area for further packaging.
