(Filling and packaging machinery for dry stuff products) This machine
is designed to batch free-flowing and dust forming products.
The batcher operates by principle of portion batching with revolving screw.
Portion volume is set by promptness and screw size.
The weigher works in a stepwise cycle mode. It is controlled with a help
of free programmed controller. Man to machine interface is through an
alphanumeric control panel.
All data is output on LCD.
The following products can be batched: flour, dried
milk, washing powder, solt and etc.

Products to be weighed are fed into a feeding hopper through a pipe piece
in its cover. Inside the hopper products are stirred with a mixer in the
auger area; the same mixer removes products from the feeding hopper walls.
Auger diameter is selected in accordance with dosing volume. There is
a sensor to control products level in the hopper that is giving a command
to fill an auger filler and to suspend products feed into a hopper. Then,
product is dumped from a hopper through a filling tube into a bag.
