This filler is designed to dose fill dry loose or piece products by weighing out set doses with their further discharge.
Filler runs in a stepwise cyclic mode and is controlled by weighing terminal microcomputer.
All the operation data can be seen on a display unit.
This one-lane weighing filler can run together with packaging machines Pitpack or as an independent unit.
The following products can be handled: Macaroni,
ravioli, biscuits, granulated sugar, salt, cereals, etc.

Products to be weighed are poured from a feeding tank to the upper vibrating chute; from where they come down to the coarse and fine weighing chutes.
Products from a coarse weighing vibrating chute come to a weighing bin and are accumulated there to reach specified weight. Then, fine weighing chute gradually adds products until a target weight is achieved. Fine weighing chute gate closes and products are discharged from a weighing bin into a packaging machine products pipe for packaging.
