This versatile weighing filler is designed to accurately dose fill dry loose,
small piece, frozen products by weighing with their further discharge.
Products are weighed out into ready made containers (cases, bags) placed
on a weighing platform. Weigher operates in a stepwise mode. It is controlled
through a weighing terminal microprocessor.
The following products can be weighed: Pasta, ravioli,
crackers, biscuits, sugar, salt, coffee, tea, cereals, nuts, grains, candy,
pop corn as well as non-food stuffs washing powders, powder paints, dry
bonding agents, etc.

Products are poured from a feeding hopper into a vibrating chute and from
there they go to a container on scales. As soon as intermediate weight is
achieved a chute switches over to a precise make up mode. When an exact
weight is reached a gate valve of the chute closes and weighing is over.
