Weigher is designed to fill dry loose, granulated, crystalline products
in bags and boxes. It is controlled through a weighing terminal microprocessor.
The following products can be dose filled: Cereals, sugar,
salt, coffe, tea, nuts, grains, candy, pop corn, animal feed as well as
construction blends: cement, dry bonding agents, grounding and filling stuff,
powder paints, etc.

Products are poured from a feeding hopper into a weighing unit. Weighing
is carried out by load cells.
A bag is manually delivered onto a weigher neck that is furnished with a
bag clamping unit. A bag is fixed there and coarse weighing gate valves
open. As soon as certain weight is achieved fine weighing units start functioning.
When weighing is over the weight is verified and the package moves to a
conveyor or a delivery table.
