It is designed to weigh multi-component dry stuff, hard-flowing and small-piece
products by weighing out portions with their further discharge.
The weigher works in a stepwise cycle mode. It is controlled by a weigh
terminal microprocessor. All information is output onto a segment display.
Weigher can be incorporated into a packaging machine or can be used separately
with external control system.
The following products can be weighed: Fish fillet,
soup mix, blanched mushrooms, seaweed, fruits, cut to pieces (melon, pear,
etc.)

Products to be weighed are delivered from a feeding hopper (or a feed vibrating
chute) to a belt conveyor where they are evenly spread with uniform layer
thickness.
Then, product flow comes to a weighing hopper to compose a set weight.
After that products are dumped from a filling unit.
