Briquette former is designed to give rectangular shape of “briquette” type to three-seam bag with flat bottom.
Product to be packaged: bags with small fraction products (groats, nuts, pasta, sugar etc.)

A bag filled with product using filling&packaging machine is fed into container by a discharge conveyor and then it is transferred to the vibrator which shakes down product in the bag. In order to form bag with flat top, the following operations are made: top seam sealing and film surplus removing, top seam folding over and fixing. You can additionally apply a sticker over the ready compact “briquette”.
The machinery is equipped with independent control system as well as with bag availability sensors. There are limiters to prevent bags lateral displacement. The distance between limiters is adjusted depending on the bag width.
