This horizontal wrapping machine is designed to unitize product
packs as well as to individually package piece products in three seam
bags (packages similar to "Flow Pack"). It features a provision
to operate with a photo sensor that reads photo marks on a packaging film,
to print manufacturing date on a bag with a hot printer. It is possible
to feed film to the collar shape bag former from underneath.
The machine design makes it possible to package products having various
shapes: parallelepiped, cube, cylinder, truncated cone and more complex
bodies.
Bags are made of heat sealed film in reels.
This automatic machine is equipped with three servomotors that control a feeding conveyor, film pulling rollers and longitudinal sealing rollers as well as cross sealing bars. Operation of all these accessories is synchronized by a software extending capabilities of the machine and reducing time required to re-set it.
It is possible to package damp products (cheese, washed vegetables and
fruit, etc) on this machine.
The following products can be wrapped:
• Foodstuff goods: chocolate enrobed cottage cheese bars,
chocolate round bars, Swiss rolls, bakery, ice cream, cheese, vegetables,
fruit, etc.
• Industrial piece items: soap bars, bandages, cotton
wool, etc)
• Unitized packages (in row, in column): waffles, pastry,
candy, soap bars, etc.
