This horizontal machine is designed to package piece products
in three-seamed bags (“Flow-Pack”) with photo mark reading and use of
a hot date printer.
Due to a special arrangement of a lateral sealing unit a sealed joint
is made at the bag edge providing for film saving and giving a package
good looking appearance.
Design of the machine allows packaging big size items in a shape of parallelepiped,
cube, cylinder, truncated cone and more complex bodies. Machine is made
of stainless steel. All data are output on a LCD display.
Feed conveyor is furnished with tables and side roll-tables to convey
products with utmost care.
The following products can be packaged:
• Foodstuff products:
Chocolate enrobed cheese bars, chocolate bars, biscuits, waffles, rolls,
bakery products, ice-cream, cutlets, etc.
• Non-food products:
Soap, sponges, bandages, cotton wool, magazines, toilet paper, napkins,
computer accessories etc.
There is a possibility to package products piece by piece or in groups
(in rows or in columns).
