Labeling-shrink machine is designed to apply on bottles cylindrical (sleeve) shapelabels from polymer film which can be shrunk at a certain temperature. The process of label applying on the bottle is divided into two stages: label automatic putting on the bottle and its further shrinkage in the steam shrink tunnel.
Shrinkable labels as compared with traditional types of labels (paper, self-adhesive) have ability to take the shape of bottles geometric form upon heating. At that the label fits the bottle tightly.
The machine implements the following working operations: |
- bottle conveying;
- separating of bottle continuous flow;
- previous unwinding of tube;
- tube broaching for the length of label;
- label cutting-off from the tube;
- putting label on the bottle;
- label centering on the bottle throughout the height;
- label shrinking in the steam tunnel.
