Jigging machine is designed to produce multi-layered confectionery
on base layer made of various kinds of pastry.
There are two ways of placing bases: manual feed when producing soft biscuit
and short pastry cakes and automatic feed to make long pastry cakes.
This machine can be independently used or as a part of a complete line
with further chocolate enrobing, decorating and packaging of finished
products.
The machine is made of stainless steel.
Finished products: Multi-layered cottage cheese cakes,
ice-cream cakes on waffle base, cakes with various fillings: cream, fruit,
berry, chocolate; biscuits with jam and marsh-mallow, etc.
