Filling & packaging automatic machine is designed for filling and packaging of liquid and paste-like products in rectangular bags made of thick cardboard with two-sided polyethylene coating (packages of “Pur-Pack” type, type A).
Machine operation includes bag making from a flat bar, ultrasonic sealing of a nipple to the bag (if it is required), accurate product dosing, bag hermetic sealing and date printing.

The sterilization system in protective chamber includes: prior bag heating, system of bag treatment with hydrogen peroxide steam (H2O2), bag drying with hot sterile air as well as treatment zone ventilation.
