This universal machine is designed to package free flowing, dust-forming,
small piece, liquid and paste products into big bags (250 to 500 mm wide.
Package weight: up to 30 kg).
There can be used any wrapping heat-seal materials (high and low density
polypropylene, polyethylene, laminated paper, laminated foil, polyamide
and etc,
100 to 200 micron thick).
The machine can operate both with one centerfold film reel and with two
reels of flat film web.
The following products can be packaged: dairy products,
water, building mixtures, animal feed, etc.

Distinguishing
features of the machine:

1. Fully automatic bag forming, products feeding and sealing process.
2. It is possible to align a picture on a bag thanks to a photo mark reading
device.
3. Manufacturing date is printed by hot printer on a bag cross seam. In-built
hot ink printer prints a date or any other information by quick-drying
ink in any location on a foil web.
4. All machine parts in contact with food products are made of stainless
steel.
5. Operational conditions information is output to a LCD display.
6. A finished products counter with a function to set a required number
of bags can be incorporated into the machine.
7. Machine can be made in compliance with clients’ requirements.
