This versatile automatic vertical filling & packaging machine is designed to fill and package various dry loose, granulated, crystalline and piece products as well as liquid and pasty products into wide three joint bags. Flat bottom bags with sealed edges can be also made by this machine.
Bags are made of heat sealable materials.
The machine operates with a picture centering by photo mark. Pitpack M2 incorporates a receiver to maintain a constant pressure in the system.
There is a thermo printer in the machine to print date information on the bags.
This machine features a high capacity and can run with several kinds of fillers depending on a product to be filled.
The machine can package following products: various cereals, tea, coffee, macaroni, ravioli, crackers, nuts, confectionery, granulated sugar, milk, sour cream, mayonnaise, kefir as well as non-food stuffs having similar properties.
