This versatile automatic jigging machine is designed for jigging, string and diaphragm cutting of pastry onto a baking tray with further baking it in ovens of different types.
Design of the machine allows installing pastry rollers of three types on the basic machine depending on the pastry being used: from liquid to fancy-cake pastry.
Machine is equipped with a filling stuff feeder to produce spice-cakes with fillings. The feeder is installed separately in the position convenient for operation.
The stuffing can be fed both inside pastry and
on its surface.
The machine is controlled by built-in microcomputer that can be programmed to handle up to 99 recipes of confectionery. Data are input from the sensory display.
