    Standard accessories:

    1. Bottle rinsing unit.
    Bottles are rinsed there with ozonized water or other sterilizing fluids (ozone treatment unit is provided by a customer). Prior to rinsing bottles are treated by UV rays. Thus, containers (bottles) are sterilized prior to their contact with food products.

    2. Dispensing unit.
    Products are simultaneously dispensed into eight bottles. Thanks to use of dispensers with level control one can avoid losses of products due to defective container. Vacuum collector evacuates air and foam from bottles.

    3. Capping unit
    Prior to use all caps are treated by UV rays. Capping head with a magnetic clutch is twisting caps on fixed bottles.

    4. Conveyor.
    It is a connecting element between units to facilitate conveyance of bottles. Conveyor speed is controlled and it makes possible to choose optimal speed for each type and size of bottles.

    Optional units:

    • PET bottle blowing unit;
    • Labeling unit;
    • Jet marking unit;
