Semi-automatic packaging machine (container sealer) is designed for hermetical packaging in finished plastic package of food products (meat, fish, confectionery, ready-to-serve food, cheese, sliced meat delicacy etc.) by hermetic sealing of film with its further cutting along the package edge.
The machine implements ordinary container sealing, container sealing with preliminary vacuumizing as well as container sealing with preliminary vacuumizing and its further filling with inert gas (MAP) that allows increasing packaged products shelf life.
Containers with products are placed by operator manually. After cycle starting up all operations are carried out automatically.
The machine can be additionally completed with thermal printer for date marking.
