Machinery to form a transport package

This multipurpose semiautomatic machine is designed for group package. Piece goods are manually packed up into blocks that upon machine starting are automatically wrapped by shrink film and fed into thermo-tunnel for further shrinking and making a transport pack.

The following products can be packaged: cans, bottles, boxes, packages of flour, TetraBrick and TetraRex milk packages, books, copybooks, stationery, crockery, etc.

1. This packaging machine is noted for its high performance reliability and possibility to be reset to run with products of different sizes.
2. Sealing knife design eliminates its sticking.
3. Shrink tunnel heating system is improved thanks to means of air stream control.
4. Both film winding units are equipped with gear motors.
5. Shrink tunnel is equipped with conveyor having good air penetration properties and long service life.
6. Semi-automatic machine comprising packaging and shrinking modules is mounted on a common frame that helps to avoid misalignment while mounting.
