This automatic packaging line is designed to group
package large size products up to 3,000 mm long.
Piece products are manually grouped into a block that is fed onto a feeding
conveyor to be wrapped in heat shrinkable film with its further shrinkage
to form a transit pack.
The machine is equipped with photo sensors to trace a product’s length
and to control its motion.
Sensors provide quick machine set up to handle products of other sizes.
The following products can be packaged: Lining boards,
furniture panels, finishing & decorating PVC or wooden panels, linoleum,
parquet paneling, laminating boards, as well as large-size items (trays
with bakery, floor tiles) and standard size items (cartons containing
various products, cans, bottles, milk bags on trays), etc.
