Automated pack line is designed for group package of large
dimension products on tray.
Piece goods are grouped into block manually which is fixed on the feeding
conveyor. After that it is upholstered in shrink film with its further
shrinkage and formation of transit pack.
The machine is equipped with photo-cells which control a product length
and its movement.
The machine sensors allow to reset it fast to another operation factors
in accordance with a product size.
The following products can be packaged: Heat-retention
laggings, furniture shields, dressing and decorative wooden or panels,
lamp shades, linoleum, wall-paper, plates, bobbins with drinks, doors,
frames and something like that.
